Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 5 years of BPO experience in customer service and technical service desk environments.
• With 3-4 years of experience in leadership role is a plus
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance through effective client engagement and communication.
• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements; create, review, and validate solution designs and system architecture.
• Contribute to project estimation, planning, and delivery by providing accurate technical and solution inputs.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver optimized, high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and processes.
