Job Overview

Alorica Alabang is currently looking for Filipino citizens who can speak Spanish fluently to join our growing Customer Service team. This is an onsite opportunity with a stable international account and a supportive work environment.

If you are confident in your Spanish communication skills and looking for a long-term BPO career, this role is for you.

Minimum Qualifications

• Filipino Citizen
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking and comprehension required)
• At least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
• Willing to work onsite in Alorica Alabang
• With or without BPO experience (training will be provided)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Spanish customer service inquiries via phone and/or digital channels
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions properly in the system
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
