Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Travel Account (Blended and Pioneering Campaign)

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a blended campaign, meaning you will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions. As part of a pioneering campaign, you’ll be among the first to build and shape the company’s customer experience in this exciting new program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

• Book travel arrangements, make changes to existing bookings, and process cancellations as needed

• Meet sales targets and promote company products and services

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues

• Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
