Customer Service Representative – Financial International Voice Account

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Financial International Voice Account. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with financial inquiries, account issues, billing concerns, and general service support. You will be expected to provide world-class customer service and adhere to compliance and security standar
Requirements
- Must at least 1 Year BPO Experience handling financial account. (International voice account)
- SHS Graduate / 2 years completed
