The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers across various communication channels. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience that aligns with the company’s brand and values. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and committed to driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were fully met.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word and PPT
• With experience in handling customer's concern is a plus.
• Willing to work 6-days a week, onsite.
