Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: At least HS Graduate (OC)/SHS Graduate
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, outstanding customer service skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be empathetic, patient, and possess excellent communication skills.
