Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Open to undergraduates with BPO experience
• Experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Willing to work flexible schedules

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely support
• Actively listen to customers to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Monitor tasks and prepare daily and weekly performance reports
