- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and account information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, good interpersonal and people skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Basic technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits:Organizational skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
