We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering questions, and helping resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain customer records and document interactions
• Support team goals by contributing to a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Even basic english/communication skills are considered
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Atleast High School (Old Curriculum) / Senior Highschool Graduate
