Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive services, products, and accounts
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
• Must be a Senior High School graduate
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
