Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Document interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Morning shift on rotating schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer contact management. Preferred Sales and/or Automotive experience
- Can consider: Cannot be lower than 1 year experience, with sales retention background
- Excellent communication skills
