  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
  • Document interactions in the customer relationship management system.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma/ALS Graduate/College graduate/College Undergraduate
  • Experience Level: 6 mos international bpo experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, eagerness to learn, and compliance with company policies.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require sitting for long periods.
