Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers via phone, resolve issues, provide product information, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Handle various customer service tools and software efficiently

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: with/without BPO or healthcare exp
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and people skills; capable of handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requires flexibility in work hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
