Work Set – Up: Work On Site

• Investigate fraud accounts and transactions.
• Examine and recognize possible fraudulent circumstances and questionable behavior by keeping an eye on card alerts and reporting fraud prevention.
• In compliance with the policies and guidelines of the customer, handle disputes and fraud claims.
• Help with more conventional occurrences and situations, such as those involving phony claims or identifications.
• Other task as assigned.
