Job Description
Customer Service Representatives are the frontline of our support operations. You’ll be assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, returns, upgrades, and purchases. Whether it’s resolving concerns or providing technical guidance, your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience.
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Minimum of 6 months Call Center experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
