• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat depending on the assigned account

• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner

• Manage customer accounts including billing, service requests, travel bookings, reservations, refunds, and technical support

• For Travel-GDS accounts: assist with flight bookings, rebookings, cancellations, fare rules, and itinerary changes using GDS tools

• For Content Moderator accounts: review, monitor, and moderate content based on company policies and community guidelines

• For Healthcare and Financial accounts: ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions

• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
