• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Educational Background - At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience

• OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience

• We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills

• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Can start immediately
• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
