We are looking for Call Center Representatives who are eager to start a career in the BPO industry. No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in handling customer inquiries, delivering excellent service, and representing our partner brands professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls.
• Assist customers with billing, account concerns, product information, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are hiring Call Center Representatives for our sites in Centris, Makati, Cubao, and Ilocos. No experience is required, and full training will be provided. Applicants may choose their preferred application process: Centris and Cubao accept on-site applications, Makati offers both virtual and on-site options, while Ilocos supports both virtual and on-site applications.

As a Call Center Representative, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound or outbound calls, assist with account concerns, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for documenting interactions accurately and following company procedures while maintaining professionalism and meeting performance standards.

Qualified candidates must be at least a high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or a Senior High School graduate. Good communication skills and basic computer navigation are required. Applicants must be willing to work on-site at their chosen location and be amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
