Description

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
  • Skills and Abilities: Fluent in English, able to communicate in basic Russian, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Working Environment: Office setting, required to respond to customer needs at all times.
  • Qualities and Personality: Detail-oriented, patient, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
