Handle airline reservation inquiries including bookings, changes, and cancellations while assisting customers with flight details, fares, and airline policies. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions and consistently deliver professional, efficient, and high-quality service in every customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School or College Graduate
• At least 6 months of CSR (BPO) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
