Minimum Qualifications:

  • College graduate OR at least 2 years (4 semesters) of college completed OR
  • Senior High School (SHS) graduate
  • At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work night shifts / shifting schedules (common for international airline accounts)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (global clients)
  • Process refunds, answer inquiries about flights/services
  • Aim for first-call resolution
  • Accurate documentation of bookings and interactions
