Customer Service Representatives assist customers with inquiries, returns, upgrades, and technical support, ensuring a smooth experience with products and services. They work in call centers, offices, or remotely.


Qualifications:

  • At least HS (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Accepting applicants without BPO experience (preferably with at least 6 months of experience)
  • Willing to Work Onsite
