Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• No work experience required – Freshers are welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account concerns
• Process financial transactions accurately
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with financial regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Salary & Benefits Package:

Salary: PHP 18,500 monthly base pay

Night Differential: 20%
