- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, scheduling, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, account management, technical skills, and call center experience
