Food Delivery Campaign

• Nature: Voice | Onsite
• Salary Package: ₱21,600 (Non-Negotiable)

E-commerce Campaign

• Nature: Voice | Hybrid Setup
• Salary Package: ₱21,600 (Non-Negotiable)
• Setup: 90 days onsite training, then 2 days onsite + 3 days work from home weekly

As a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs Imus, you will:

• Provide professional, friendly support to customers through voice calls.
• Resolve product, delivery, and account-related inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Work with inspiring leaders who coach, support, and encourage growth.
• Build valuable skills and career opportunities without the need to travel outside Cavite.

Basic Qualifications (for all Applicants)

• At least 18 years old
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate and tech-savvy
• With strong moral character and willingness to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Imus, Cavite

Campaign-Specific Qualifications

Food Delivery Campaign:

• At least HS/SHS graduate with 1 year of BPO experience, OR
• If no BPO experience, must have completed at least 2 years in college

E-commerce Campaign:

• At least HS graduate
• With at least 1 year of BPO experience
