CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (VOICE)
Work Set-up: On-site
Sites: Pampanga, Metro Manila
Schedule: Shifting
Salary Package: ₱18,000 - ₱27,000
Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong Problem Solving abilities, effective Customer Service skills, organizational capability, excellent People Skills, familiarity with Call Centre operations, and basic Technical Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Working Conditions: May require working in shifts including evenings and weekends
