Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries for international accounts
• Provide high-quality customer support and effective solutions
• Follow best-practice processes with full training and coaching
• Work in a collaborative, people-first environment

UPDATED Basic Qualifications (More Inclusive)

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Option 1: BPO Experience

• At least 6 months International BPO experience

Option 2: Customer-Facing Experience (No BPO Required)

• At least 1 year Customer-Facing Experience, such as:
• Sales Associate / Cashier (SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Savemore, WalterMart)
• Fast Food Crew (Jollibee, McDonald’s, KFC, Chowking)
• Barista (Starbucks, CBTL, local coffee shops)
• Service Crew / Restaurant Staff
• Hotel Front Desk / Concierge
• Retail Promoter / Mall Staff
• Bank Teller / Receptionist
• Pharmacy Assistant / Store Attendant

Educational Attainment

• Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• College Level or College Graduate

Other Requirements

• Good English communication and customer-handling skills
• Willing to work onsite at TaskUs Meycauayan, Bulacan
