We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to international clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions in both English and Japanese.   • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Japanese.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist with account management, technical troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
  • Document and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by maintaining empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or BPO is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
