- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, assist in sales processes, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent people skills, familiarity with sales pipeline processes, and ability to work well in a team.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work and availability for various schedules.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
