Job responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email.
• De-escalating situations with involving dissatisfied customers.
• Provide satisfactory solutions to customer complains.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and empathy towards customers.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate (old curriculum)
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite.
• Willing to work on graveyard shift, shifting schedules, or even weekends and holidays.
