- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide product information, and maintain records.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints.

- Document interactions and feedback accurately.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require weekend or evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
