Description
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a team player
