Description
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Document interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service.
- Meet performance metrics and goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.
