Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, handling customer interactions via phone and email.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
