Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution; familiarity with CRM software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may include evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
