Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain records in Salesforce.
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, familiar with Salesforce, and understanding of sales pipeline.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
