Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Requirements
- Work onsite set up in Taguig City
- With 6 months BPO Experience
- Graduate | College Undergraduate | Associate Graduate or College Graduate
