Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, handle calls in a call center environment, and maintain discretion.
Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Education: At least High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
