Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, proficient problem-solving abilities, familiarity with call center operations, and basic technical skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, strong communicator, adaptable, and team-oriented.
