Description

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Skyro customers — providing helpful, friendly, and timely support.
  • Communicate via SMS, chat, phone, email, and social media to resolve a variety of customer concerns.
  • Analyze and investigate more complex cases, even handling offline coordination when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a balance between casual and professional tone to match Skyro’s brand.
  • Log key customer interactions and share insights to help improve internal processes.
  • Take on other tasks and support projects as needed — we grow together!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • A typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude and a drive to learn and grow.


Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience or interest in personal finance, lending, or payments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other support tools.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Cebuano, Bisaya, Ilocano, Ifugao) are a big plus!
