Description

  • Receive calls from customers and answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Creates cases for employee inquiries and questions outside scope.
  • Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
  • Meet and exceed performance standards set by the account
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 Year of BPO experience
  • Government Mandatory Documents
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree/College Level, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service, Customer Care.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Eastwood City
