Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Engagement Associate - Car Sale located in Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Engagement Associate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and efficiently managing repossessed automotive sales. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and facilitating the sales process (web and social media listing). The role also involves following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and retain their business.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Automotive Sales
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment, must have working laptop and internet.
• Excellent social media skills for posting content using AI tools
• Prior experience in customer engagement or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
