- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, claims processing, billing inquiries, or insurance-related questions.
- Accurately document and update client or patient information in the system.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Educate patients or clients about healthcare programs, services, and policies.
