JProgram Coordinator – M4L Kids (Remote – US Market)


Location: Remote – Philippines

Initial Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Future Shifts: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor

Salary: Php 35, 000 - Php 37,000

We’re currently looking for a Program Coordinator who is confident and professional on the phone, speaks with a neutral or American English accent, and thrives in connecting with people. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building relationships with schools and educators across the United States.


What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to schools, teachers, and educational partners in the US for program maintenance.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with minimal or no accent.
  • Assist in setting appointments, following up on leads, and coordinating sales activities.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
  • Use ChatGPT to craft summary emails
  • Collaborate closely with our US-based team to support outreach campaigns and initiatives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking over the phone for extended periods.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and professional communication style.
  • Flexible and willing to work different shifts as needed.
  • Previous experience in BPO, telesales, appointment setting, or phone-based outreach is a plus.
  • A passion for music or music education is highly valued!


Ideal Work Environment & Equipment:

To perform this role effectively, you must have:

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional calls.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps recommended).
  • A working headset with a noise-canceling microphone for clear communication.
  • A desktop or laptop capable of handling multiple tabs and communication tools smoothly.
  • A backup power source and internet option (e.g., UPS, pocket Wi-Fi) is a strong advantage.


Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Initial Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • Once two coordinators are onboard, shifts will split into:
  • Shift A: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Shift B: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Flexibility is key — you should be willing and able to adjust between shifts based on team size and scheduling needs.
