JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language.

Can Communicate in English (Conversational).

With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage.

Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder.

Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email.

Accurately document all support interactions and activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
