- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, call center experience, back office support, problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, assist with order processing, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, potential shifts including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
