Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, teamwork, Adobe Suite, TikTok, account management, and Salesforce.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
