Your Role and Mission:

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and communicative Web3 technical expert/technical manager to be a valuable assistant to our CTO. You will be deeply involved in the architecture design and technical challenges of core projects, collaborating with the CTO to gradually grow into a key technical leader capable of independently leading the technical team and planning the company's technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deeply engage in requirement analysis, technology selection, system architecture design, and core module development for large-scale Web3 projects.

Lead or participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and security auditing follow-up of key smart contracts.

Conduct efficient technical communication with international clients, clearly articulate technical solutions, and understand and resolve client needs and issues.

Assist the CTO in technical research, explore leading-edge Web3 technologies, and promote their application in projects.

Participate in formulating and optimizing the team’s technical specifications, development processes, and quality control systems.

Assist the CTO in the daily management of the technical team, task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance, nurturing the growth of team members.

Write high-quality technical documentation (English preferred).
