Job Title: Credit & Lending Team Leader

Location: Onsite in Makati

Schedule: Monday through Friday | Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Lending Support Function, including oversight of settlements, credit assessments, drawdowns and end-to-end support processes.
• Drive performance management by ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs, delivering on both quality and quantity metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit and Sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, and contribute towards exceeding company-wide targets.
• Champion continuous improvement, encouraging a culture of innovation and process enhancement within the team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, identifying training needs and supporting professional growth.

• Proven track record managing operational teams, with strong experience in credit, settlements, or lending operations.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Background in Fintech or closely related financial services sectors.
• A proactive mindset with a strong orientation towards continuous improvement, process optimization, and embracing change.
