Description
- Collection of WHT certificate and assist on the collection of outstanding invoices
- Monitor and collect overdue payments to ensure timely cash flow.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes amicably.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and collection efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve credit policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in credit analysis, collecting payments, transaction risk control, credit investigation, and report documentation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze credit applications, monitor accounts, collect overdue payments, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
